reservations
reservations may be booked on property through our spa desk or extension 2180. prior to arrival, reservations
may also be booked through our website at starwoodspacollection.com or by calling 760.770.2180. booking reservations
two weeks prior to arrival is recommended. since all services are reserved especially for you, we require 24-hour
advance notice for all cancellations and require a valid credit card for reservations.
spa guidelines
guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their spa experience to relax and enjoy our steam facilities,
outdoor therapy pool and meditation lounge. arriving late will limit the time for treatment. the spa is not responsible
for lost or misplaced articles, but lockers, robes and slippers are provided. services are only available to those
18 years of age and older. alcohol is not permitted in the facility and is not recommended before or after a treatment
